Thoughts are Things

Who do you listen to? Your parents, your spouse, your friends, your children…. What information do you bring into your life daily? The radio, tv, books, movies…. Who do you talk to the most during the day? Yourself, your spouse, your kids, your friends….

Are the things that you bring into your life positive or negative? Have you ever taken a moment to think about what you've just told yourself? Is it true or wildly imaginative?

Think today about what the songs you listen to are saying, what the people in your life are saying, what you are saying to yourself… Ask yourself, "How do I want to feel?" It will naturally bring about the question, "What can I do to make myself feel the way I WANT to feel?"
