What Motivates You?

So, what motivates you? Daily?

It can be anything: the need to support your family financially; the desire to look young or fit into that outfit from high school; the strength, endurance and flexibility you build; the desire to help others. What motivates you? If your WHY is big enough, you will do anything you set your mind to do.

How do you want to feel?

In any aspect of life, ask yourself, How do I want to feel? When you are going to work, when you pick the kids up from school, when you wake up in the morning, before going on vacation - ask yourself "How do I want to feel?"

I workout because I feel great once I start working out and like the results I am seeing. I'm also motivated, because I am helping others to see the benefits of their workouts and they in turn motivate others. Working out as a team helps to keep all parties motivated and pushing a bit harder to that next level. You get what you desire if you help enough other people get what they desire.

Have a wonderful day!
