Portion Control
Have you ever weighed or measured your food? Do you know how many Fruit Loops is in a serving? Do you know how much you are REALLY eating? I started doing that this week - NO WONDER Americans are SO overweight! I thought I was eating SO well - lots of fruits and veggies - but my portions were HUGE!
