Just One More Step

Everything is a process. Your good days, bad days and in-between days are all processes we go through. It's important to keep taking that single step – more one the good days & less on the bad or in-between days.
This is where habits and motivation will kick in. If your habit is to go to the gym every day, more than likely you will find someone there who will be motivating to you OR you'll be motivating to someone there just by you being there. If it's your habit to sit on the couch watching TV, more than likely you will find more negativity and exhaustion. Habits and motivation go hand-in-hand. Chose positive habits and positive motivation will come your way.
